We want our customers to have the best shopping experience possible but in the rare case that something isn't right our returns & refunds policy outlines what you need to know. Our Returns and Refund Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is sent more than 15 days after delivery.

Exchanges-Faulty Items
If an item is damaged, not as described or doesn't arrive within 6 weeks from the date of purchase please contact us at and we will immediately arrange a re-delivery, a full refund as in-store credit or cash refund in your method of payment.

All we require if an item is damaged or faulty is a photo and a short description of the defect.

There is no obligation to return a damaged or not as described item. Just send us a picture of it when you contact us and feel free to donate the item.

Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, used lingerie/underwear/swimwear cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Of course, if there is a manufacturing fault with your garment Returns and Refunds policy will apply.

Returned Item Shipping
As we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.                                     

Refunds (when applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (when applicable)
If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
